Liquor Licensing



We counsel national and local clients in the restaurant industry in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on a wide range of issues relating to liquor licenses. Our practice includes coordinating and processing liquor license transfers and renewals, assuring compliance with other regulatory reporting requirements, business formations, the purchase and sale of taverns, restaurants and beer distributors and temporary licensing for non-profit entities. We also assist our Pennsylvania clients in completing "inter-municipal" transfers of restaurant liquor licenses, including the local applications before the applicable governing body.
