The law firm of Lundy, Flitter, Beldecos & Berger, P.C. has a well-respected Collections and Litigation Department, which obtains judgments, primarily on behalf of its commercial creditors/financial institution clients, and collects on those judgments throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Clients include international, national, regional and local banks, buyers of corporate debt, real estate investors and financiers, and corporate sales and manufacturing entities.

It is this firm's goal to obtain repayment for our clients as quickly and cost-effectively as possible through negotiations and restructuring of the obligation, where practicable. If it is evident that an amicable repayment cannot occur, we stand ready to file suit, obtain judgment, and to aggressively and quickly seek collection on the entered judgment through bank garnishments, writs of execution and sheriff's sales of personal property, foreclosure (in Pennsylvania) and wage garnishment (in New Jersey). We handle collection matters on an hourly or contingency fee plus costs arrangement.
