Areas of Practice
Prior to attending law school, Stuart R. Lundy worked for a certified public accounting firm. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lundy worked for two law firms and taught real estate, accounting and tax courses at Drexel University. With more than 35 years of experience as a commercial attorney, Mr. Lundy's practice includes preparing all corporate documentation, negotiating, documenting and attending closings of commercial and residential real estate transactions, negotiating and documenting corporate and professional acquisitions and mergers, negotiating and documenting commercial loans for financial institutions and private lenders and providing counseling on estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Lundy's clients appreciate and seek his practical, business and legal expertise when they are considering any commercial, real estate, tax and/or estate planning matter. Mr. Lundy is well respected and well known in the Philadelphia and surrounding business and legal communities.
