Areas of Practice: Cary Flitter has built much of his legal practice in litigating diverse and varied commercial disputes. Mr. Flitter represents clients in matters involving unfair competition, distributorship disputes, employment disputes, non-competition agreements, commercial fraud, varied complex business litigation. He also litigates individual and class action suits involving consumer fraud and trade practices, and concentrates primarily in federal court litigation. Mr. Flitter serves on the faculty of Widener University School of Law (Consumer Law and Litigation) and Philadelphia University (Commercial Law). He has published articles on consumer credit protection in national, regional and local publications and is a frequent presenter for continuing legal education programs for attorneys. Mr. Flitter served as then year 2000 chair of the Federal Courts Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. |
