Areas of Practice:
Before and during law school, Phillip Berger worked at the Federal
Reserve Bank in the bank compliance department and at the
United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the
litigation department. After law school, Mr. Berger began his legal
career in the commercial litigation department of a major
Philadelphia law firm. Mr. Berger’s practice is concentrated in
Commercial litigation and includes the representation of major
financial institutions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington
D.C.. His aggressive litigation style and result oriented tactics
are his hallmark, and it is those qualities that attract and maintain
these clients. He also routinely and successfully represents small
businesses in state and federal courts in a variety of commercial
matters including litigating partnership and shareholder disputes,
temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Mr. Berger also has a sports law practice. He is a former NFL
agent who represented collegiate athletes seeking to enter the NFL
and he currently represents a boxing promotions company which
promotes boxing matches and fighters throughout the United
States.
