Areas of Practice:
Before and during law school, Anthony Beldecos worked in
several positions with the Commonwealth Court of
Pennsylvania and with the Philadelphia County Court of
Common Pleas. Mr. Beldecos’ more than 26 years of experience as a business, real estate and estate planning attorney has established him as an effective representative in these technically complicated areas of law. His clients range from individual proprietors to businesses with hundreds of employees. Mr. Beldecos’ practice includes forming
corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He
also represents clients in matters relating to real estate
acquisitions, sales, leasing and financing, liquor licensing,
estate planning and probate, zoning and land development. He
negotiates and prepares shareholder and partnership
agreements, and represents clients in business transfers,
corporate reorganizations and commercial landlord tenant
litigation. Mr. Beldecos is fluent in Greek and uses that ability
to effectively represent his Greek speaking clients and
numerous non-profit Greek community organizations.
